From €428K to €2.819M in monthly revenue across an international portfolio spanning the EU, UK and USA, with controlled ROW tests. Explore the local offers, feeds, buying journeys and test rules that supported expansion.
Apparel & footwear · International growth
The starting point
At €428K in monthly revenue, the brand had room to grow internationally. A shared language alone did not make prices, seasons or customer expectations the same. The challenge was choosing where to expand, making each buying journey feel local and deciding when to share campaign learning or split a market.
The decision connecting the work
The EU, UK and USA formed the main portfolio. Australia, Canada and New Zealand were assessed through controlled tests. Local product fit, contribution margin and the customer journey informed the next budget decision.
Demand, local economics and buying behavior shaped the launch order. Country-level results informed the next decision.
Search language, creative, feeds, currencies and landing pages changed together. US and UK copy followed their local buying contexts.
Shared campaigns where compatible; local control where needed. Local email and SMS supported the next purchase.

82% more new active partners a month, with a 26% lower media cost per partner. See how local-language pages, qualification and faster follow-up connected acquisition to the first order.
Cookware brand · Partner network
The starting point
The German core market generated 8,000 applications a month, but only one in 80 became an active partner. The first call took 46 hours and 70% of applications came from instant forms. Expansion needed a stronger acquisition journey and a clear decision on which markets deserved more budget.
The decision connecting the work
In the month-12 source comparison, VSL-page leads cost €3.68 versus €1.50 for instant forms. Yet media cost per active partner was €164 versus €300. The story explains the pages, qualification and follow-up behind that difference.
Four partner types, specific USPs and local-language VSL pages. Google and Meta led acquisition; TikTok supported video reach.
Calls within two hours, qualification rules and available caller slots improved the share of applications reaching a qualified call.
Clear terms after the call, email/SMS follow-up and first-order statuses returned to campaign measurement.
| Metric | Start | 12 months |
|---|---|---|
| New active partners / month | 100 | 182 |
| Applications / month | 8,000 | 11,200 |
| Application-to-partner close rate | 1.25% | 1.63% |
| Time to first call | 46 hours | 2 hours |
| Media budget / month | €24.0K | €32.5K |
| Media cost per active partner | €240 | €179 |
Anonymised brand. Month 1 vs month 12; monthly figures, rounded. Acquisition cost covers media only; fees, creative and tools are separate. Source comparisons do not isolate the VSL effect. Austria and the Netherlands scaled; Switzerland went on hold.
