Space Ads is a Warsaw-based agency that has designed and run growth systems since 2018 for companies in e-commerce, D2C, marketplace, SaaS, B2B and lead generation. We begin with the business objective, diagnose the constraint and then select the strategy, capabilities and channels required to move it.
Every scope has to prove itself in the numbers: revenue, margin, customer acquisition cost, lead quality, customer value and real contribution to the company’s growth.
The Space Ads model was shaped by experience on both sides of the table. Rafal Chojnacki first worked on the agency side, delivering campaigns and managing digital marketing projects. Later, as eCommerce Manager for Big Star and VRG brands — Vistula, Wolczanka and Bytom — he managed agency relationships from the client side and evaluated agencies based on business impact.
That experience became the operating standard at Space Ads: direct collaboration with a strategist, infrastructure and data owned by the client, no long-term lock-ins, daily diagnostics through Space Ads OS and decisions made through the lens of business performance — not activity in a single channel.
This approach is reflected in our client reviews on Clutch, where Space Ads is rated 5.0/5.0 based on 21 verified reviews.
Growth rarely depends on one metric or one channel. Results emerge at the intersection of strategy, offer, demand, creative, conversion, retention and data quality.
That is why every engagement begins with the objective and the constraint. We establish whether the strongest lever is acquisition, communication, conversion, customer value, measurement or the way decisions are made. Growth most often stalls:
We then define the right scope: one critical area or an integrated growth system. Every element has a role, an owner and a way to measure progress.
We show the data, explain decisions, document changes and keep the infrastructure on the client’s side. Strategy sets direction, evidence shows progress and the team is accountable for disciplined implementation.
We are not interested in marketing that only looks active. We are interested in a system that identifies and removes real constraints and helps scale performance without losing control.

Founder & Growth Strategist
My path through marketing and e-commerce began at the Poznan University of Economics and Business, where I led the Student e-Commerce Scientific Club. We organised the Innovations in Marketing conference, I presented on augmented and virtual reality in e-commerce, and later ran a workshop called “Online Store from Scratch,” where participants built their first online stores. I graduated from the same university with a master’s degree in economics.
After university, I worked at a marketing agency — first as a specialist, later as a project manager. That experience showed me how campaigns are built, how ad accounts are structured and where strong operational work truly changes performance.
Later, I moved to the client side as eCommerce Manager for brands including Big Star and VRG S.A. — Vistula, Wolczanka and Bytom. I was responsible for digital sales and worked with agencies not as a service provider, but as the person accountable for results.
That changed my standard for agency work. I saw clearly what most often blocks strong collaboration:
Space Ads combines the commercial perspective of someone accountable for growth with the discipline of a delivery teamthat can translate strategy into daily execution and keep improving the system.
That is why I remain close to client work. The most important decisions rarely come from the ad platform alone. They appear when we discuss the business model, margin, product availability, lead quality, operational constraints and the numbers that actually determine growth.
Marketing should operate as an accountable system of decisions and implementation. We follow principles that give clients more control, faster diagnosis and better decisions — whether we own the full system or one defined area.
You work with the person responsible for direction, priorities and delivery quality. Decisions do not disappear into layers of communication — ownership is clear from the start.
We first establish what needs to change in the business and what is constraining growth. Only then do we select the strategy, capabilities and channels required to move it.
Accounts, analytics, automations, dashboards, creative and historical data remain on the client’s side. We develop a system the company understands and controls.
We explain recommendations, dependencies and consequences. A client who understands the system makes faster decisions and evaluates marketing’s contribution more accurately.
The relationship continues because the work is useful, not because leaving is painful. We focus on a transparent cooperation model, clean account handover and full client control over critical infrastructure.
Ad accounts, GA4, pixels, feeds, automations, creative and dashboards belong to the client from day one. If the engagement ends, nothing critical disappears with the agency.
Space Ads OS is the technology layer of our operating model. It connects advertising and analytics data in one view, analyses around 14 million data points per month and highlights what needs human attention: anomalies, wasted spend, creative fatigue, tracking gaps, performance shifts and potential budget moves.
The system does not replace the strategist. It shortens the time needed to find the right problem. Decisions are still made by people who understand the wider system, the business model and the consequences on the client’s side.
Space Ads OS checks every connected account before the team starts the day, so strategists begin with diagnosis instead of manual data pulls.
Large accounts lose when nobody sees the full surface area of work. Keywords, ads, feeds, campaigns, ad sets and landing pages are analysed collectively, and every significant change has a documented reason.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and GA4 live in the same working environment. A PDF report should never be the first place where a problem becomes visible.
Since 2018, we have worked across more than 180 accounts for companies with different industries and sales models. We support brands that need stronger acquisition, retention, communication, measurement and control over growth.

See all success storiesWe begin with the objective and the most important constraint. Then we assemble the right elements into one plan: acquisition, retention, creative, experience, data and technology.
Not every engagement needs the full scope. We can own the whole system or one selected area, provided its role, dependencies and measure of success are clear.
The business model defines the scope — not a fixed service package.
Space Ads designs and runs growth systems. We connect strategy, customer acquisition, retention, automation, creative, landing pages and analytics to a defined business outcome. The scope may cover the full system or one precisely defined area.
We work with companies in e-commerce, D2C, marketplace, SaaS, B2B and lead generation that want measurable, accountable growth. The best fit is a team that expects senior strategic direction and disciplined execution grounded in business economics.
Space Ads was founded in 2018 in Warsaw, Poland for companies that want marketing connected to revenue, margin, customer acquisition cost, lead quality, customer value and sales pipeline.
Space Ads was founded by Rafal Chojnacki. Before starting the agency, he worked on the agency side as a specialist and project manager, and later on the client side as eCommerce Manager for Big Star and VRG S.A., including the Vistula, Wolczanka and Bytom brands.
We combine business direction with day-to-day execution in a senior-led model. Clients work directly with a strategist, retain ownership of their infrastructure, and see marketing data in the context of business performance. We do not sell a fixed channel package — the scope follows the objective and the real constraint on growth.
Space Ads OS is the technology layer of our operating model. It connects advertising and analytics data in one view, analyses around 14 million data points per month, detects anomalies and points strategists toward areas that need decisions. It accelerates diagnosis but does not replace strategic judgement or the client’s business context.
Yes. Ad accounts, GA4, pixels, feeds, automations, audiences, dashboards, materials and historical data stay on the client’s side. Space Ads develops the infrastructure but does not take ownership of it.
We measure impact against agreed business objectives and the performance of the full system, not only conversions reported by platforms. Depending on the model, we track revenue, margin, CAC, lead quality, pipeline, retention and customer value, using attribution or incrementality testing where appropriate.
Communication happens directly with the strategist responsible for the agreed scope, usually through Slack, email or another agreed channel. The client has access to the data, understands the logic behind recommendations and can see what is being implemented and why.
Yes. Most day-to-day work happens online, but we also meet in person when it helps with strategy, onboarding, workshops or broader business decisions. Space Ads is based in Warsaw and works with brands in Poland and international markets.
A teal organisation is flat and self-managed, without rigid hierarchy. In practice, the client works closer to the people responsible for the outcome, decisions are more transparent and communication is faster, with fewer layers between the client and the strategist.
Space Ads Sp. z o.o. is headquartered at Plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warsaw, Poland. The agency works with clients in Poland and international markets.
