A UX audit that tells you what is costing you conversions — and what to change first.
Most audits arrive as a long document and change nothing. Ours starts from your analytics rather than our taste, ranks every finding by the money it touches against the effort to fix it, and ends with a backlog your developers can actually build. If it helps, we build it with you and measure whether it worked.
Evidence before opinions
(we read your analytics, funnels and recordings first, so the findings describe what your visitors actually do rather than what we would have designed)
Ranked by money, not by severity
(every finding carries the traffic it affects and the effort to fix it, so the list is ordered by what is worth doing — not by how much it bothers a reviewer)
Ends in changes, not a PDF
(you get a prioritised backlog written so a developer can act on it, and we can implement and test it with you if that helps)

Find out what your site is losing
Tell us the page or journey that worries you and the action you need people to complete. Within 24 hours we'll reply with what we can already see and what an audit would cover.
By submitting this form or contacting us by phone or email you accept the data processing described in our Privacy Policy. Controller: Space Ads Sp. z o.o. We process your data only to respond to your inquiry.
An audit is only as good as what it is based on
Reviews built on a single reviewer's judgement produce a list of preferences. We combine behavioural data, journey analysis, expert review and technical checks — and where they disagree, the data wins.
1. What the data already says
Funnel drop-off by step, device and traffic source. Landing pages that take paid budget and return nothing. Search terms and campaigns whose visitors bounce on arrival. Before any judgement about the interface, we establish where value is actually leaking — and whether your measurement is trustworthy enough to say so.
2. The path a real customer takes
We walk the journeys that matter commercially — the main purchase or enquiry route, plus the awkward ones: returning visitor, comparison shopper, mobile in a hurry, someone arriving mid-funnel from an ad. Friction rarely sits on the page you expect; it sits between pages.
3. Interface, clarity and forms
Expert heuristic review of hierarchy, labelling, expectation-matching, error handling and the moment of commitment. Forms and checkout get their own pass, field by field, because that is where intent most often dies for reasons nobody intended.
4. Speed and accessibility
Core Web Vitals on real devices, not a lab score in isolation. Contrast, focus order, keyboard operation, labels and screen-reader basics against WCAG. Accessibility overlaps heavily with conversion: an interface a screen reader cannot follow is usually one a distracted human struggles with too.
Six things, all of them usable
The test of an audit is whether anything ships afterwards. Every deliverable here exists to make that more likely.
Findings with evidence attached
Each issue documented with the screen, the step and the data or recording that shows it happening. No finding rests on taste alone — you should be able to disagree with us on the basis of the same evidence.
A prioritised backlog
Every item scored on expected impact, affected traffic and implementation effort, then ordered. The top of the list is what you do next week; the bottom is what you may reasonably never do.
Recommendations a developer can act on
Written as concrete changes to specific elements, with the intent explained so your team can adapt them. Where a layout change is the answer, we show it rather than describe it.
A measurement fix-list
Audits routinely uncover broken or misleading tracking. You get the list of what to repair so the next round of decisions rests on real numbers.
A test plan for the uncertain calls
Some findings are unambiguous and should simply be fixed. Others are genuine hypotheses. We separate the two and propose tests only where the answer is actually in doubt.
A walkthrough with your team
A working session, not a slide reading. Developers, designers and whoever owns the number in the room, so the backlog leaves with an owner and a date.
Findings are worth nothing until something ships
An audit can be the whole engagement — you own the backlog either way. But if implementation is the constraint, this is how we carry it through.
We implement with you
Where you have development capacity, we hand over the backlog and stay available for review. Where you do not, we can build the changes — pages, components, forms and checkout steps — against the same design system your brand already uses.
A test programme, if it is justified
Testing needs enough traffic and conversions to produce a trustworthy answer. When you have that, we run a structured programme: one hypothesis at a time, a pre-agreed metric and duration, and results reported honestly including the flat ones.
Re-measurement, not assumption
After the fixes ship we re-check the same funnel steps and the same evidence, so improvement is demonstrated rather than declared. If a change did nothing, we say so and move down the list.
Building a single new page from scratch is a different job — that is landing pages. Reviewing the accounts and campaigns that send the traffic is the marketing audit.
Scoped to what you need reviewed
Fixed scope and fixed price for the audit itself, so you know what you are committing to before it starts.
Focused audit
One journey or one property — a checkout, a lead form, a single landing route. Fixed scope, fixed price, delivered as findings plus a prioritised backlog and a walkthrough.
Full audit
The whole commercial path across devices, with analytics review, heuristic pass, forms and checkout, speed and accessibility, plus the measurement fix-list. The usual starting point for a store or a lead-driven site of real size.
Audit, then a programme
The audit as the first stage of ongoing work: implementation, testing and re-measurement on a monthly scope. Sensible when there is a backlog worth working through and someone has to own it.
We do not promise a conversion-rate increase in advance. Anyone who does is guessing at your traffic, your margins and your development capacity. What we commit to is the scope, the evidence standard and a backlog ordered so the first items are the ones worth doing.
When an audit pays for itself quickly
The clearest case is a site already receiving paid traffic that converts below what the offer deserves.
It makes sense when
You are already buying traffic. Paid budget landing on a page that loses people is the fastest, most measurable thing an audit can fix.
Your analytics roughly works, or you accept that repairing it is part of the job. Without dependable numbers an audit becomes an opinion.
Someone can ship changes — your developers, your agency, or us. Findings nobody implements are an expense, not an investment.
There is a specific number you are accountable for: conversion rate, cost per enquiry, checkout completion, revenue per session.
Not yet, when
You want a redesign. An audit tells you what to change and why; deciding to rebuild everything is a different, larger decision.
The site launches next month and nothing can move. Audit after there is real behaviour to read, not before.
You are looking for validation of a decision already made. We will report what the evidence shows, which is sometimes inconvenient.
Traffic is very low. Below a certain volume there is not enough behaviour to diagnose — acquisition comes first, then this.
Three stages, no surprises at the end
You know the scope and the date before we begin, and you hear about broken measurement in the first week rather than in the final report.
Access and framing
We agree the commercial goal and the journeys in scope, then get read access to analytics, the tag setup and any recording or heatmap tool you already run. If measurement is broken, you learn that in the first days rather than at the end.
Analysis
Data first, then the expert passes: journey, interface, forms and checkout, speed, accessibility. Findings are logged with evidence as we go, so nothing rests on recollection.
Prioritise and hand over
We score and order the findings, write them so they can be built, and run the walkthrough with your team. You leave with a backlog that has owners — and, if you want it, us working through it with you.
Different models, one operating standard
A cross-section of work across premium e-commerce, marketplaces, local lead generation and ticketed experiences. Each story shows how the right strategy, capabilities and operating cadence come together around the business model.

UX audits — the questions worth asking
What is a UX audit?
A UX audit is a structured review of how people actually use your website or store, aimed at finding what stops them from completing the action you care about. A serious one combines four kinds of evidence: quantitative behaviour from analytics and funnels, expert heuristic review of the interface, a pass over forms and checkout specifically, and technical checks on speed and accessibility. The output is not a critique — it is a prioritised list of changes, ordered by expected commercial impact against implementation effort.
How is a UX audit different from a marketing audit?
They look at different halves of the same problem. Our marketing audit examines the accounts and campaigns — structure, targeting, creative, bidding, measurement — that is, everything up to the click. A UX audit starts at the click and covers what happens on your site afterwards: the journey, the interface, the forms, the checkout, the speed. Businesses buying traffic that converts poorly usually need both, and it is generally cheaper to fix the destination first.
What do we actually receive?
Findings documented with the evidence behind each one, a backlog scored on impact, affected traffic and effort, recommendations written so a developer can implement them, a list of measurement problems to repair, a test plan for the findings that are genuinely uncertain, and a working session with your team. Not a slide deck read aloud, and not a hundred-page document nobody opens twice.
Do you redesign the site as part of the audit?
No — the audit deliberately stops at deciding what to change and why. Where a layout change is the recommendation we will show the intended structure so it is unambiguous, but a full redesign is separate work with a separate brief. We can implement the audit findings with you afterwards, which is usually a much smaller job than a rebuild and a much better first move.
How long does it take?
A focused audit of one journey typically runs one to two weeks from access being granted. A full audit across the commercial path, devices, forms, checkout, speed and accessibility takes longer, and the timeline depends heavily on how much of your measurement we have to repair before the data can be trusted. We agree the scope and the date before starting.
Do you need access to our analytics?
Read access is strongly preferable, because it is what separates an audit from an opinion. GA4, your tag setup and any recording or heatmap tool you run are enough. If access genuinely is not possible we can still deliver the expert and technical passes, but the prioritisation becomes weaker — we would be ranking findings without knowing how much traffic each one touches.
Will you tell us to A/B test everything?
No, and reflexively testing everything is a way to spend months confirming the obvious. Broken tracking, a form that fails on mobile, an unreadable contrast ratio, a checkout step that errors — those get fixed. Testing is for real hypotheses where the better answer is genuinely unclear and you have enough conversions for the result to mean something. We separate the two in the report.
Does accessibility belong in a conversion audit?
Yes, on both grounds. Legally, accessibility requirements now apply to many online services in the EU under the European Accessibility Act, and to a range of businesses elsewhere — that is a matter for your legal advisers, not us. Commercially, the checks overlap almost entirely with usability: contrast, focus order, labelling, keyboard operation and clear error messages help every user, not only those using assistive technology.
Let's find out what your site is losing, and where.
Tell us the journey that worries you and the action visitors should be completing. On the first call we'll go through what your numbers already suggest, what an audit would cover and what it would not.
